- Le personnage doit avoir au minimum 7 jours d'ancienneté .
- Les joueurs disposant du Diamond peuvent effectuer un wipe après 3 jours .

#### <span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219);">Demande de wipe exceptionnel : </span>

Un wipe exceptionnel peut être demandé uniquement dans les cas suivants, <span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">preuves obligatoires</span> :

- Kick injustifié
- Présence sur un dossier accepté
